Your dog's health and well-being are of the utmost importance to us. We require that all dogs boarding with us have up-to-date Rabies, Bortidella, and Distemper vaccinations. Shot records must be brought in during the first appointment.     Dogs will be charged for a full-day on drop-off day, but if your dog is picked up before 11am on pick-up day, you will not be charged for that day (with exclusion to Sundays). Dogs being picked up on Sunday will be charged a full-day no matter what time pick-up occurred.     We do not exclude any breed of dog in our boarding or grooming facility, but we do reserve the right to refuse any aggressive dogs.     You may bring in personal items from home for your dog (blankets, toys, etc.) but please understand that we can not guarantee the condition of these items while they are here in our facility. Although we encourage you to do so, please leave any sentimental items home.     We have a NO FLEAS policy in both our boarding and grooming facility. If your dog is found to have fleas, we will give your pet a flea bath and you will be charged for this service. Please understand this is in order to keep our facility in the best condition possible for your dog as well as others.
